Nina Dobrev: No Nudity For Me

Nina Dobrev: No Nudity For Me

Nina Dobrev shows off her slim figure in a lace dress from Armani Exchange as she attends a photo call during the 2010 Monte Carlo Television Festival held at Grimaldi Forum on Tuesday afternoon in Monte Carlo, Monaco.

The 21-year-old actress chatted with press during the festival about nudity on screen. She shared, “I’m very content with not being nude on national television – I enjoy True Blood myself and I watch the show but I’m happy that bra and underwear is as stripped down as I can get for the show.”

Nina also opened up about the constant comparison between Vampire Diaries, True Blood and Twilight: “I don’t think that we’re necessarily competitors. We’re all kind of in the same genre – there are vampires within all the series – but they are all very different. It’s like apples and oranges. I have friends in all three of the shows that are vampire related, so I’m very happy for all of our successes.”

    Beautiful AND smart. :)

Isn’t the word nudity, not allowed to be used on this site?

  • Edivar

    She’s right!

  • Alyssa

I am so happy she’d never do that.

But on VD she did go shirtless?? Unless she had a TINY tube top on. I wouldn’t do the bra and panties thing ever but she can if she wants to. At least shes not gonna be nude.= )

She and Ian have great chemistry. They are always together.

Nina can act. She doesn’t need to go nude. Actress who’s careers are going down will need to go nude …
Ask Lindsey Lohan, Heidi Montag and soon to be nude Megan Fox.

Not everyone that appears nude is some talentless actor, so some of you puritanical posters need to chill out with the moral high horse. There are plenty of BAD actors who have never taken of their clothes…didn’t and doesn’t make them better than anyone and certainly doesn’t make them better actors.

Might I remind some of you judgemental fan girls, that Robert Pattinson has appeared nude in a film and may again…but I bet none of you would call him a bad actor who needs to do that because he doesn’t have talent. Hypocrites, much?

Someone with a fear threshold who is risk averse shouldn’t be doing something they are frightened of. Fans should support her position.
Not everyone has the courage of Miley Cyrus. Miley literally gets death threats over the amount of skin she shows – by people who have been mind controlled. (For example, here.) Real Manchurian Candidate stuff. Literally terrorism.

If you don’t believe Mind control is real, research Rick Ross, or Tavistock Institute, or Dr. Louis Jolyn West. Research the Chatham House Rule, for why you don’t know how hysteria about nudity and sexuality is part of mind control programming and part of no touch torture being developed and deployed by the New World Order.

“Morality is the best of all devices for leading mankind by the nose.” ~~Friedrich Nietzsche

They are engaging in cultural warfare and manipulating you with these fears. In Where God Left His Shoes, John Leguizamo’s character insists that fear is the very worst thing there is.

Bankster Charles Keating exploited moral panic in order to loot Lincoln Savings and Loan of over a billion dollars. Moral panic has sinse become the preferred device of cover and distraction by the banksters and global elites. It is they, that ultimately financed the moral panic climate we have today, with people believing their ideas on morality are their own. Moral panic hides moral hazard, (how they steal money and your very humanity).

“[You] can tell any lie, no matter how preposterous, and it sets the story, and it becomes a lie in the American media.” ~~Dr. Paul Craig Roberts

Which is why early NWO social engineer and dystopian huckster, Aldous Huxley, told this whopper of a lie in 1958:

“As political and economic freedom diminishes, sexual freedom tends compensatingly to increase.” ~~Aldous Huxley (Brave New World Revisited)

And nudity has now been effectively programmed and relegated into culture as equivalent to sex.

Isn’t this the same girl who got arrested for flashing cars on an overpass in Canada?

The MPAA established the Code and Rating Administration (CARA—changed to Classification and Rating Administration in 1977) on November 1, 1968. It was in response to Senator Margaret Chase Smith’s attempt in 1967 to establish a federal Committee on Film Classification, and to Supreme Court cases Ginsberg v. New York, limiting minors access to sexually explicit
material generally available to adults, and Interstate Circuit v. Dallas which although it faulted the city’s age restrictions for viewing films as too “vague” it held that such an ordinance might hold if correctly reworded. This paved the groundwork which eventually led to a groundswell of prohibition laws flying in the face of the First Amendment, including more recently, the Communications Decency Act and the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act, and the list of knee-jerk moral panic laws never ends.

Even more recently, in Blinkinsop, the Ninth Circuit opined that:

“Blinkinsop’s imprisonment term, the lowest under the Sentencing Guidelines, is substantively reasonable, because it is well supported by the record and governing law.”

Which, of course is utter rubbish, because we have not yet witnessed the inevitable devastating fallout from these never-ending moral panic laws which are a cure far worse than the imagined disease.

Another girl who I’m taking a shine too. Nina seems to have her wits about her. Also she is very attractive. Her looks are akin to Victoria Justice – which, to me, is a definetly a good thing.

I love Nina, shes not like any other Hollywood celebrity. Shes a very classy girl!

    2 thumbs up Nina :)

She wasn’t arrested for flashing. That was made up by the tabloids who are apparently too stupid or too ignorant to read the report. The arrest, which may or may not be a publicity stunt, should not have happened and was more of a ticket for a photo shoot to promote the Vampire Diaries. Apparently it’s illegal to take pictures in Georgia. But I really feel it was just a stunt done by the girls to promote the show.

@w11: Actuallly, I do think that Rob Pat is a horrible actor who doesnt know how to play a diff character. I was a big big BIG twilight fan and still is. Just that i hate all the movies. they were terrible. the books are genious. So I’m not a hypocrit in this case. :DDDD
