The Pretty Little Liars actress turns 21 today! Lucy tweeted late yesterday, “moving. is. DONE! now the unpacking…21 tomorrow! cant believe it…sooo insane.”
You know what would be a great birthday present for Lucy? If we all watched the second episode of PLL, “That Jenna Thing” tomorrow night and top the numbers of the premiere!

She is really one of the best young actresses out there. What happened to her singing though? She had potential there too.
