Nina Dobrev Loves Playing Crazy & Conniving Katherine

Nina Dobrev shows off her pearly whites as she arrives at the 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards at the MuchMusic HQ in Toronto on Sunday night (June 20).

The 21-year-old actress recently caught up with Jezebel Magazine and dished that she loves playing two characters more than being pursued by two hunky vampires.

Nina shared, “I love getting to play two roles, because one is such a sweet, nice girl and the other is this crazy, conniving, narcissistic vampire killer. That’s an opportunity that rarely happens on one show. I’ve played nice girls before — Mia Jones of Degrassi was a nice girl — but Katherine has an edge to her that I haven’t had a chance to play before, so it’s a challenge that keeps things fresh and exciting.”
