Taylor Lautner: On Set with John Singleton!

Taylor Lautner hops down from a scaffold after chatting with director John Singleton on the set of Abduction in Pittsburgh, Penn., on Wednesday afternoon (July 13).

The 18-year-old actor stars in the thriller as a young man who sets out to uncover the truth about his life after finding his baby photo on a missing persons website.

According to the Post Gazette, Hampton High School was the setting for several scenes for the movie. Members of the student band, wrestling team and cheerleading squad were used in scenes for extras.

One lucky fan and student Melissa shared with the paper, “I was so excited, I could hardly sleep, then got up really early. It was a long day, but we were able to walk around the school. We were sitting in the cafeteria and he [Taylor] walked right by us, about a foot away. He smiled and said ‘hi’ to us.”
