Aly Michalka is Flying Out!

After a full day of cheer practice, Ashley Tisdale, Aly Michalka and Heather Hemmens all head back to their hotel for some rest on Sunday (July 18).

The three girls have been practicing and filming for the first episodes of their debut season of Hellcats.

Tyrell Witherspoon, a male cheerleader has been blogging his own experience from the set. Thanks to Tyrell, we know now that Alywill be performing a Fly Out during an upcoming episode.

What is a Fly Out? Since Aly is a flyer — the girl on top — this means she’ll be forcing her body up and out of a stunt into the bases.
