Zac Efron is a bit surprised as he steps out of John’s Pizzeria in NYC after a matinee showing of Memphis on Sunday afternoon (July 25).
The 22-year-old actor also stopped by to see buddy Corbin Bleu in In The Heights yesterday evening.
Inspired by actual events, Memphis is about a white radio DJ who wants to change the world and a black club singer who is ready for her big break. Come along on their incredible journey to the ends of the airwaves — filled with laughter, soaring emotion and roof-raising rock ‘n’ roll.

Besides just plain fact even if you left LA at 6 am you still wouldnt get into NY in time to catch a 2PM matinee since you lose 3 hours.
