It’s a sad day

After careful consideration, KSM has decided to part ways.

The remaining band members posted on their Facebook, “Its with a heavy heart that we have to tell you all that we’ve decided to leave KSM and go our separate ways. We can’t count how many amazing experiences we’ve had in this band, but its time for us to move on, and find our next adventure in music. This is one of the hardest things each of us have ever had to do, but we feel that our hearts are leading us down different paths from KSM. We’ve loved being in this band, and we can all truthfully say that we’re like family to each other.

“Thank you SO much for all of your constant, and undying support over the years! You were there in the mosh pits, and stood in line for hours to meet us, even if you had the night before too. You wore our t-shirts, gave us so many gifts that we will cherish for the rest of our lives, bought our CD, downloaded our songs, hung our poster on your wall, made your own even cooler posters, watched our videos on YouTube, told your friends about us, and encouraged us online from your hometown and from all over the world. In doing all of these things, and more, you really supported us, and allowed us to live a dream. None of your kind words and gestures have gone unnoticed, or unappreciated, even if we didn’t always have the best way of showing it.

“This is by no means our last stop in music; but just the beginning. We hope to see all of your faces again soon in whatever project comes next for each of us. Thank you so much! Love, Shae, Katie, Shelby and Kate.”

FYI: Sophia departed the band earlier this year.
