OlderMiley Cyrus: Massage Parlor Stop-Off!
Miley Cyrus chats on the phone and then heads to a massage parlor in North Hollywood on Monday afternoon (September 13).
The 17-year-old actress wasn’t driving while talking (she was parked). Miley was being mobbed by the paparazzi and they were making it unsafe for her to drive. The police came to assist her so she could leave safely!
Earlier today, Miley was spotted smooching her on-and-off again boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth (also pictured below).

She should definitely be smarter than to talk while driving. Especially with all the paparazzi that follow her around while she’s driving. It puts everyone else on the road at risk.

Not only is it dangerous, it’s illegal in California. 17yr olds can’t use any cell phone, even hands free, while driving. She should have gotten a ticket.

That douche Liam must be calling her 24/7. Maybe she’s not calling someone but she’s answering the phone because clingy loser Liam keep calling her 24/7. Liam only clings on to Miles because he’s afraid that his 15 minutes of fame is almost up.

I think the cops target teens more for this offense, but cause the’re more likely to cause a crash from being distracted. newbies need to pay attention to the road =]

unless someone called her to tell her one of her family members died (which i doubt) SHAME ON HER!!!! she is many things but i seriously thought she was smarter than this. talking on ur phone while driving is the worst thing. no only for your safety but for others. she could have hurt someone else. thank god nothing happened this time and its good she got pulled over. maybe next time she will think before she does somthing so stupid. btw im getting this defensive because one of my best friends died in a car crash and the driver walked about without a scratch. and plus shes going to massage parlor….wow. if only i were rich.
Other websites are saying that she was actually pulled over for not wearing a seatbelt, and that the pictures of her on her phone are while her car was parked.
Either way, I hope she stays safe while driving.
