The 19-year-old actress lightened her darker locks to a lighter shade — something she’s been wanting to do for a while. After returning to her car, Emma picked up a parking ticket off the windshield.

Emma‘s new flick, It’s Kind of A Funny Story, opens next weekend, October 8th.
