Miley Cyrus shimmies out of the car as she and a group of girl friends arrive at Voyeur in West Hollywood on Thursday night (September 30).
Upon leaving the over-21 nightclub, the 17-year-old actress/singer was shielded by her friends to hide her from the cameras.
Miley was spotted out earlier in the day hanging out with other friends in Westwood.

I love miley, but where are her parents? you’d think her parents would be guiding her to do things that are age appropriate. I watched a lindsey lohan biography yesterday and she started at 17 going to clubs and had no guidance from her parents. I really hope miley chooses to go a different path.

Going to a private night ckub party is not a bad thing. Everybody goes to parties at clubs it doesnt matter the age. She just is not allowed to drink but she can dance.
i like miley but she is so changing, my mum and dad would never let me out in that and she is one year older than me.

@leticia: I don’t think going to clubs are bad, i just think since it says it’s over 21, she shouldn’t be able to do in, doesn’t matter who she is – they should stick to the rules. there are clubs for under 21, why doesn’t she go to one of those?
@lisa anyone can get into a 21 and older club with some who is 21 you just are not allowed to drink. And considering that place is made for private parties. She was probably there for a friends party.

that’s how miley dresses when going to a club? well… what can I say, very… classy? but seriously, I’d love to see her just ONCE dressed beautiful and stunning without a special occassion like the oscars or any other red-carpet event. dude, even with the stuff from h&m you can make more of yourself than this. it’s not a matter of money, but of taste. well, maybe she likes it that way. but that’s not what you call a classy young women. that’s what you call next LiLo or britney…. as sad as it is…

Its pretty easy to get into clubs here in LA. Lots of my friends have gotten into 21 and over clubs at 14. They barely check id’s or if your hot enough they’ll let you in.
As long as she wasn’t drinking or doing drugs I don’t care.
So Ally the way you dress all of a sudden makes you the next Lindsay or britney? SO I guess Selenas doomed since most of her candids show her with see through shirts and no bras on?

i really think that the way she dresses doesn’t matter. if that’s what she wants to wear, so be it. I don’t think it makes her a **** or anything, she’s just comfortable in that type of clothing. I believe the old ‘Don’t judge a book by it’s cover’ saying applies here.

people tend to express theirselves by the way they dress, so yes I think that she will, in the near future, become the next britney if someone doesn’t hold her back and show her the right way. because right now it seems like she’s not on the right path.
and honestly, I don’t give a sh*t about selena gomez, that kid is just boring and talentless, if she ever wore something seethrough, which I don’t think, noone seemed to notice
