Victoria Justice Raises Girls Up!

Victoria Justice keeps it cute in her J Brand “811” mid-rise skinny jeans as she launches the United Nations Foundation’s Girl Up campaign at the Vanderbilt YMCA in NYC on Thursday evening (September 30).

The 17-year-old actress teamed up with author Nigel Barker to lead hundreds of girls in a Pep Rally launching Girl Up, a campaign of the United Nations Foundation.
