Tom Felton is back in the states, but not to cast a spell.
Instead, the 22-year-old British actor is looking for a few hole-in-ones in From The Rough. Tom is set to play Edward, a British golf hustler, who is recruited by Cassandra Turner (Taraji P. Henson), a women’s swim coach at an African American university who gets a shot at rebuilding the men’s golf team.
Tom shared in an recent interview about the flick, “[I'm] going to Louisiana to shoot an independent film called Out Of The Rough [now named From The Rough]. We’re going to be shooting that through October and November, so I’m very excited about that as well. It’s an independent project about a coach who gets the opportunity to put together a golf team, for which he gets four international boys, and I play the British boy. It is a very different role for me, and it definitely stands out against what I’ve done previously. I’m excited to get on board.”
So many projects on Tom‘s plate!
