The 13-year-old singer/songwriter hails from Dallas, Texas and has been featured on both Jordan Pruitt and Jonas Brothers‘ tours.
Working with notables such as vocal coach Gordon Grody and production duo “Freddy and Eric,” Matt also plays a variety of instruments: violin, guitar, mandolin, and the hurdy gurdy — a favored Renaissance instrument.

I like seeing all of the new artists for the contest each year! Two winners have come from iShine: Jonnie and Brookie, and Jasmine Sagginario. I was so excited when Jasmine won, because I had been a fan of hers for a while. So now I can’t wait to see who wins this year.
