OlderZoey Deutch Goes Back To The Future
Zoey Deutch keeps close to mom Lea Thompson as she attends the Back to the Future 25th anniversary trilogy Blu-Ray release held at Gustavino’s in New York City on Monday evening (October 25).
You may recognize the up-and-coming actress from The Suite Life on Deck — she played Maya, Zack’s (Dylan Sprouse) new girlfriend.
Zoey and her mom Lea also attended the 8th Annual “What A Pair” celebrity concert to benefit the John Wayne Cancer Institute at The Broad Stage earlier last month in Santa Monica.

Why is it you’re (the site) saying she ‘played Maya-Zack’s new girlfriend’?
She didn’t leave the show, she is in the new episodes.
‘Played’ in the past tense instead of she plays Maya-Zack’s new girlfriend’?
Why use the past tense?
@hanni they used “played” cause TSLOD is already filmed their last season apparently so she played Zack’s gf on the show although the cast are currently in Canada filming TSLOD’s Movie Zoey is not included in it.

I like her, i think she’s done a marvelous job keeping Zack in line. ;)
It would be interesting to see if disney will cast her in other shows or maybe even create another show, where she is one of the main characters. If they don’t i think they will be losing out on a great talent! :P
@Laura: Brenda Song confirmed that The Suite Life on Deck hasn’t already filmed their last season, she said it will get renewed for another season (a fourth season) soon.
So.. what are you talking about? they’re doing a post-high school epic summer festival.. auditions and casting calls have already been announced for another season.
Hell, Just Jared Jr even posted an article in the end of August that stated ‘RUMOR CONTROL: THE SUITE LIFE ON DECK ISN’T ENDING’, Debby Ryan CONFIRMED that the show isn’t ending (she CONFIRMED after she wrapped up filming the third season) to Popstar magazine, she said what she meant by her tweet is the end of the third season, she always tweets in this manner at an end of a season because after they finish filming a season, they don’t know if it’s going to get another season or not till the end of the summer (August-ish).
