OlderDemi Lovato Enters Treatment Center
Prayers for Demi Lovato.
The 18-year-old singer has quit the South American leg of the Camp Rock 2 tour to enter treatment for “emotional and physical issues” according to TMZ.
A spokesperson for Demi shared with JJJ: “Demi Lovato left her tour early this weekend in order to seek medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time. Demi has decided to take personal responsibility for her actions and seek help. She is doing just that. Demi and her family ask that the media please respect their privacy during this difficult time. She regrets not being able to finish her tour, but is looking forward to getting back to work in the near future.”

I love Demi, she’s an amazing person, and I’m very sorry she’s having a hard time. I don’t know what caused this problems,all I know is that I want her to be okay.

But at the same time really juicy …. what could it? The emotion pain from her previous relationship with Joe? Ashley around at tour making her jealous? Hmmmm? Why now? Not before when it clearly says the issues she dealt with from a long time ago? And why hasn’t any of her tour mates (band, etc) said anything? That private?
aww, i’ll miss hearing/seeing her while she’s gone.
No offense to any fan of hers, honestly I don’t want to offend anyone, but her image is basically going to be ruined now.

@miranda: Honestly… why? It’s not drug related or related to any bad life choices. What it is is a teenage girl seeking help for her own emotional instability. It takes courage to leave a high profile tour to find help for herself. Good for her.

Demi needs to get new mangement & get away from the Jonas’. They obviously are NO good for her or any girl.

The last time I’ve check, it was a Asthma attack. It already been known that she has some issues due too bullying and such. I wish her the best.

she left tour in my country (peru)and noone of the cast members of CR2 neither the JB said anything while they were performing. we were all concerned about Demi.
I think joe shouldn’t have taken ashley on tour :/ , besides that day (on sat.) i got meet and greet tickets , and the Jb were kind of in a bad mood :| . i also saw papa Jonas and he looked really concerned, but still he was nice to everyone.
demi is an amazing person and strong she will get thorugh this. prayers go out to her and her family.

Oh my god. It kinda makes sense though. This year has been really hectic, with that super busy tour, the insane amount of promotion for that movie, her music career not taking off and of course the Joe/Ashley thing. A girl can only take so much.
I hope she sees this as her chance to break away from both Disney and the Jonas Brothers and find a team of managers with her best interest in mind. This year has been less about her and more about others.
Oh and according to TMZ she got into a physical fight with a member of the tour and that is what motivated her to leave. Not sure if that’s true or not.
Wow, I’m completely at a loss for words right now after reading this. Demi has been so strong through everything, but it reached a head & she couldn’t deal with it any longer. I commend, respect, & love her so much more in getting help for this, even though it really just breaks my heart to read her having to seek treatment for it. Not only that, the fact that she decided to do this under her own suffice.
In closing, I will say that I will be by Demi’s side as the loyal fan I am from now until the end. I’ve been there for her through everything up until this point & I will continue to be – especially in a situation such as this. My heart & love goes out to Demi, it just sank into my stomach.

Demi has always had low self esteem! It’s sad but don’t go blaming Joe and Ashley. Blame the haters and the people who said zero is sexy and anything curvy isn’t. It’s sad to see her take things so seriously to the point of needing treatment. Ladies live life for you! It’s not that bad unless you make it be. Gett better Demi!
