Victoria Justice keeps close to casting director and winner Mark Teschner as they pose backstage at the 2010 Casting Society of America Artios Awards at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel in Century City, Calif., on Monday night (November 1).

Mark Teschner took home the award for best casting for a Daytime Television Series (General Hospital).
