OlderMiley Cyrus: Hola, Madrid!
Miley Cyrus shows off her new blonde locks as she attends a meeting with fans at the Ideal cinema in Madrid, Spain on Friday morning (November 5).
The 17-year-old singer also showed off her colorful dressing room backstage for the 2010 MTV EMAs this weekend. Miley will also be performing at the show!

If you look close enough her hair is not as blond as Britney it looks more like a Ash Blond.
