Victoria Justice & Elizabeth Gillies: 'Freak The Freak Out' Friends

Victoria Justice, Avan Jogia, Ariana Grande, Elizabeth Gillies and Leon Thomas get into the song being sung at Karaoke Dokie in this new still from the all new Victorious hour-long special.

In “Freak the Freak Out,” Tori (Justice) and her friends are excited to try out Karaoke Dokie, a karaoke club that features weekly singing competitions. On competition night, Jade (Gillies) and Cat (Grande) partner on a prize-worthy performance, but the club’s owner rigs the competition so his daughter and her obnoxious friend win. Tori and the gang have to figure out a way to expose the cheating girls and show everyone who can really sing.

The music video for “Freak the Freak Out” will premiere just before the hour-long special. Set inside a downtown Los Angeles warehouse, the video features the Victorious cast in a dance-off with other clubgoers to the title track. The tune will also be on iTunes on November 23rd.

Ari and Elizabeth also team up on a new track called “Give It Up!”

“Freak the Freak Out” premieres Friday, November 26 @ 8PM ET/PT on Nickelodeon.

not to be that uptight person but isnt “freak the freak out” the same as “freak the fuck out”. dan schneider always creeped me out with his hidden dirty meanings ever since all that days and its getting worse with the shows he has now.

  • awesome

..i shouldnt say dirty, i should say inappropriate

  • Darren

@awesome I think it’s just you. Your mind is in the gutter considering NOBODY else thought that. Anyway, This looks cool! I love “Freak the Freak Out!”

Many a fan have been waiting for Ariana Grande and Elizabeth Gillies to sing on the show, and back in August, Dan Schneider tweeted that somebody who obviously worked at Schneider’s Bakery posted pics of them doing just that.

Now we know that the wait is over.

@awesome You’re not alone, I was thinking the same thing. “Freak The Freak Out” is essentially the same as “Freak The F*** Out.” Don’t worry Disney does the same thing with their sexual innuendos on some of their top shows. This is probably why I love watching these shows, because of the hidden “inappropriate” stuff that they add that just makes me go “REALLY?! AIIIIGHT I GUESS” haha.

Interesting points. What do you do when they preview the song while my seven year old is watching Spongebob and then starts singing freak the freak out in her class? Wow did we get a talking to as parents. Personally I think that this is another way to say freak the **** out, and every adult knows it, and thats how they will percieve it coming from any kid. So shame on Victoria Justice and Nick. She should know better and so should the network.

Has anybody seen the clip of Ariana and Liz singing in this episode from Nick’s website? Trust me, you’ll be begging for more, and you’ll get it tonight!

why is it that people (singers ,stars.)think they need to bash others that are different ,weather it is a medical condition or a odd behavior people feel the need to demoralize them by making a song and say it is ok for them to bash as a parent of children with attention deficit i find this song demoraling and degrading to me and my kids having to deal with the stigma of society this song does not help .for any parent out there or anyone for that matter listen to it carefully it is not a good song it is putting kids and others down who have medical conditions that is not their fault and to have a pop star bash them it is a let down and yes my son is the one to point it out to me ,the song is demeaning and and low and she should be ashamed for singing it

It is a veil attempt to have an edgy phrase introduced to 6-12 year olds, then have to have parents explain that this phrase should not become a part of their daily vocabulary. When telling a child this old, it is natural for them to question the parents reasoning for not repeating this and then the parent has to explain the ambiguity of the statement. I guess as a 40 year OLD parent I am being unreasonable… I really think not, I do, however, point out that the people who sing these songs are robots created in a factory designed to suck up our money…!!!

Amanda- you need to lighten up, as a teacher of middle school special education this is not a jab at ADD or ADD with HA, it is a reference to a specific person she is singing to. She is merely stating that her love interest is not paying attention to her, if you honestly feel that she is targeting students with disabilities then you’re not paying attention to the lyrics…

You people really need to get a life. Freak the freak out may very well be another way of saying Freak the **** out but the song is all about having fun. Just listen to the lyrics , they have a good meaning. Blaming Victoria is just .. I cant even explain it. Victoria acts in the show , she doesnt write it and she doesnt direct it. Shes doing her job and without her there would be no show. You say that he puts ‘inappropriate’ meanings in his shows , but these shows are targeted at an audience of 13 – 16 which is the age when most teenagers joke about these things. I love the show and I dont sit watching it looking out for hidden meanings which may or may not be appropriate. So seriously , lighten up.
