Dakota Fanning: Opening Ceremony Sweetheart

A fresh-faced Dakota Fanning indulges in a little retail therapy at the Opening Ceremony boutique on Friday (November 5) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 16-year-old actress made sure to feed the parking meter and then took some clothes to a tailor.

The day before, Dakota made an entrance at the BAFTA Los Angeles 2010 Britannia Awards in a floor-length Valentino gown.
