OlderRaven Symone: The Newest ABC Family Star!
Raven Symone is coming back to TV!
The 24-year-old actress will take the lead in ABC Family’s The Great State of Georgia, Deadline reports. The new series centers on Georgia, an exuberant curvy performer from the south who is trying to make it big as an actress in New York City.
The new show will also star Brock Cuchna as Georgia’s Southern ex-boyfriend who, still madly in love with her, comes to New York to bring her back home.

i love Raven Symone! she’s so talented and such a put-together actress, and we all know how rare that combo is in crazy Hollywood. i’m not ashamed to say i watched her Disney show, she’s that good, and i’ve eagerly watched her do interviews and small movies to finally have this day! so excited!!!

Totally! I’ve missed her on Disney Channel and now she’s gonna be on ABC Family which is still Disney so that’s cool. I’m definitely gonna watch it. :)
