Josie Loren Chats About Charity

She’s got a hit TV show, but Make It or Break It star Josie Loren still finds time to lend a helping a hand!

The 23-year-old actress recently sat down for an interview with aSimpleAct and discussed some causes that are closest to her heart.

Josie dished on working with Girl Up, a United Nations Foundation campaign that gives American girls the chance to help some of the world’s hardest-to-reach adolescent girls.

Josie said she was blown away by “staggering statistics,” including some that said girls in developing countries don’t have birth certificates, can’t enroll in school, and are forced into arranged marriages before they’re 15 years old.

Josie also took time to discuss her brother’s JunTos Foundation, which helps raise awareness about heart disease and cancer.

Watch her interview below and see how Josie does her part to preserve the planet!
