Diego Boneta admits it — he hasn’t seen the original Mean Girls film starring Lindsay Lohan!

The 20-year-old actor, who stars as Tyler Adams in Mean Girls 2 tells TooFab, “I actually have not seen the movie yet. But I mean, the first ‘Mean Girls’ is a classic. I don’t know [if she'll -- Lindsay -- approve of it] but hopefully she will. I don’t see why not.”

Diego also dished about his super strong friendships with his Pretty Little Liars costars. “Troian, who plays my love interest Spencer, is a hard worker and just awesome to be around and [co-star] Keegan Allen is now a close friend of mine. We hang out all the time. Lucy Hale [too]. All of them. I’ve been very, very lucky with all of my casts, because they’ve been very nice.”

Mean Girls 2 premieres Sunday, January 23rd on ABC Family.
