Hailee Steinfeld To Present at Golden Globes!

Hailee Steinfeld is pretty in pink as she leaves NBC Studios after her appearance on The Today Show on Thursday morning (January 13).

The 14-year-old True Grit star, wearing a Tommy coat, chatted with host Meredith Vieira about when she first fell in love with her character, Mattie Ross. “I think there was something about the role I fell in love with in the breakdown of the character, which was two sentences. getting aside, I had a full vision of this character, almost as if when I met the Coen Brothers, my vision kind of met theirs in a similar way, I don’t know. But it worked, I was really prepared and loved the material and grad I got the opportunity to show them.”

Did you know that Hailee‘s mom made her audition outfit? “She made my outfit. The night before the audition, the very last minute, she threw together a burlap corduroy skirt, I guess you would call it. It was great. Like I say, I had that vision, and to show them that, had a lot to do with it,” Hailee added.

Hailee will be presenting at the 2011 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday with Justin Bieber. Lucky girl!
