Jessica Jarrell shows off her “Sire” Pastry sneakers as she arrives at the Moonlight Rollerway in Glendale, Calif., to celebrate her 16th birthday over the weekend.
The “Almost Love” singer celebrated with Cody Simpson, his sister Alli, Madison Pettis, Leon Thomas, Diggy Simmons, Aaron Fresh, Justin Martin and many more! Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez also came to the party!
