Hailee Steinfeld is 'Forgotten'

Hailee Steinfeld just booked her next project!

The 14-year-old actress has signed on the dotted line to star in Paramont’s upcoming Forgotten, based on the novel by Cat Patrick (which comes out in June), Deadline reports.

Hailee will play London Lane, a 16-year old whose memory is erased at 4:33 every night. The following morning, all she can remember are events from her future. After meeting a new boy at school, London becomes frustrated that she can’t seem to find him in her memory of things to come.

WHAT DO YOU THINK of Hailee’s new role — YAY or NAY?

It sounds interesting but I’m not sure I totally understand the premise. It sounds like her memory is deliberately erased somehow. If that’s the case how can she remember her furture when it hasn’t happened yet. Well I guess those are questions for the book to answer.

As far Hailee is concerned I say good for her on landing this role. She is extremely talented and will go far. I will be rooting for her this Sunday night that’s for sure.

sounds like my type of movie. This girl is going places for someone who is just 14

It sounds like a complicated movie to understand. I’m sure Hailee will rock the part!

    It’s a YAY!
Can’t wait, sounds interesting. Yep, it reminds me of 50 first dates.
16 year old? hah she’s 14. Not alot of actors play a role older than themselves. So, I think it’ll be interesting and new. :)

I’ve read the book and it is not like 50 first days, not really.

It’s far more deep and waaaay more interesting, and I loooved it to death.
My only concern though is that London is supposed to be a redhead but Hailee is amazing and I’m sure she can pull off this AMAZING character.
