Joe Jonas lunches with two mystery men at Joan’s On Third on Thursday afternoon (March 3) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 21-year-old Jonas Brother ran into a fan later in the day (pictured below).
“Just bumped into a long time fan!” Joe tweeted. “Enjoy your time in LA!”
