Emily Browning: 'You Never See An All-Female Action Film'
Emily Browning chats with director Zack Snyder in this behind-the-scenes shot from Sucker Punch.
The 22-year-old actress told Teen Vogue about how the movie showcase the strength of women. Emily shared, “You never see an all-female action film. If people do attempt it, it’s like a parody?: ‘Look, these girls are fighting, and that’s hilarious because girls aren’t tough.’ Girls — and their strength — are taken seriously in this.”
“I never even really worked out before this! It was like, ‘Oh, I’m going to actually use my body?’” she added.
Sucker Punch opens in theaters next Friday, March 25th.

I have to agree with Emily it sounds pretty sexiest that women can’t fight like men yet though men are built to be stronger it’s biology but women are good use at brains. Men at visuals. Ok I’m not at school sorry yes I can not to see this I wish there were more all-female action films after this.
This girls look so HOT! Vanessa have amazing legs
great movie, cant wait:)
ok, then women should be drafted and conscripted just like men.
o ait, she’d probably be against that
@Michael actually, she’s very into women’s rights but she’s also into equality. so i actually think she’d have a great opinion about that too, and an educated one. instead of whining on here, try asking her through one of the many sites that are looking for questions for the sucker punch stars right now.
personally as a feminist i believe that all rights should be equal, and women should be drafted and taken seriously when it comes to fighting. why not?
but pregnant women and people in ill health in general shouldn’t, and also some people believe men shouldn’t be drafted at all which is all together another opinion.
