AnnaSophia Robb looks like she was taken back to the 1960s in this new shot from Foam Magazine.

The 17-year-old actress opened up to the mag about her ‘teacher’ and good friend, Bethany Hamilton — whom she portrays in the upcoming Soul Surfer.

AnnaSophia shared, “She’s said to me, ‘I’m not a good teacher,’ but she really is! She’ll mess around with me, and she always pushes me to go for a bigger wave and chastises me if I don’t. I’ve learned so much from her, which I’ll keep with me for the rest of my life. I’ll always know how to catch a wave and keep from getting pounded.”
