OlderCody Simpson Wants 'Candy'
Cody Simpson hits up the recording booth to record a new cover of “I Want Candy” for the upcoming movie, Hop.
The 14-year-old Aussie singer dished in the video, “For this cover, there are a few challenges. The song is already written and you can’t really change too much, but I definitely want to put my own spin on it and make it more 2011. Young and just fun.”
Hop, featuring the voice talents of Russell Brand as E.B., follows him as leaves for Hollywood in pursuit of his dream of becoming a drummer on the eve of taking over the family business.
