Miley Cyrus hits the orange carpet in Dolce & Gabbana at the 2011 Kids’ Choice Awards held at the USC Galen Center on Saturday (April 2) in Los Angeles.
The 18-year-old teen queen shared where she keeps her winning blimps: “I have them all in my studio, so when I’m making music, I can get inspired.”
On the carpet, Miley added, “I was thinking about cutting my hair, but than [Willow Smith's "Whip My Hair"] came out…”
Miley was seen grabbing Sprinkles mini strawberry and red velvet cupcakes backstage in the green room!

i love this outfit its so appropriate for the kids choice awards if it was a tight mini dress that would be inappropriate but its very fun and girly with the floral print and it looks amazing on the orange carpet aswell and she looks beautiful and im so glad she won favorite movie actress! how many blimps does she have now? she is always winning them lol
