The 22-year-old actress/singer completed her look with Isharya and Carrera y Carrera jewels, a VBH clutch and Brian Atwood heels. Loving her look!

Julianne introduced Darius Rucker, who performed a song written with the kids of the ACM Lifting Lives Camp.
