Rico Rodriguez hangs on for dear life in this new still from Modern Family.

In the upcoming episode “Someone to Watch Over Lily,” Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cameron (Eric Stonestreet) are looking to assign legal guardians for Lily in case anything were to happen to them, and are secretly assessing their family members.

But no one is blowing their socks off, as they witness Jay (Ed O’Neill) giving Manny (Rodriguez) a dose of tough love, Claire (Julie Bowen) secretly taking Luke (Nolan Gould) to a child psychologist to assess his development, and Haley (Sarah Hyland) and Alex (Ariel Winter) getting into some delinquent activities at school.

“Someone to Watch Over Lily” premieres Wednesday, April 20th @ 9PM ET/PT on ABC.
