OlderChelsea Kane & Mark Ballas Have A 'Party In the USA'
Chelsea Kane lets it shimmy and shake in her patriotic pants as she dances a samba with partner Mark Ballas on Monday night’s (April 18) Dancing With The Stars.
The midriff-baring twosome danced to Miley Cyrus‘ “Party In The U.S.A.” and tied with fellow competitors Romeo and Chris Jericho for second place.
Chelsea blogged for People mag this morning about her Samba, “After being in jeopardy last week, I couldn’t be more grateful to the fans who voted and kept me in the competition. I know a good number of those calls come from kids who supported me in my Disney days and that’s why I am dedicating this dance to them.”
“The one thing I think America is missing? Siestas. Brazil has siestas. So, since I’m embracing the samba, I’m going to go ahead and immerse myself in Brazilian culture.”

Loved the dance, loved the choice of songs too. So good to hear a Miley Cyrus song & to see how great a dance song it is. Chelsea & Mark owned it! Definitley team Chealsea & Mark.

I don’t really think brazil has siestas… That’s not part of our culture… “siesta” is a spanish word, we speak portuguese… Anyway, I liked the dance :)

Can Mark, for once, like he used to do, choreograph a dance that has no props, gimmicks, break-dancing? He used to choreograph beautiful dances, with normal costumes. I’m so fed up of him. I thought he’d be my fav with no Derek but I can’t stand him this year.
And Chelsea’s hair is gorgeous when its its usual short length. Don’t grow it.
