Lucy Hale glams it up at Nylon magazine’s May Young Hollywood Issue party at Bardot on Wednesday (May 4) in Hollywood, Calif.

The 21-year-old Pretty Little Liars actress looked stunning in a mini dress with a decorative skirt bottom, a black belt, black wedges, and light blue nail polish. Lucy finished off the look with an cute updo!
