The 23-year-old actress was spotted out earlier this week, getting in some girl time at a local nail salon.

Brenda and the whole 2011 Op campaign cast — including Aly Michalka and Chord Overstreet — signed the huge Hollywood Blvd sign they used for the shoot and really want to give it away to you.
