Selena Gomez sports a sexy cut-out Dolce & Gabbana dress as she arrives at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday (May 22) in Las Vegas.

The 18-year-old singer/actress accessorized her look with a diamond ball bangle, large diamond and gold circle earrings and a large diamond and gold cocktail ring, all from Neil Lane, red Giuseppe Zanotti heels and a Judith Leiber clutch

Selena, as well as boyfriend Justin Bieber and pal Joe Jonas, will be presenting an award at the ceremony tonight.
