Check out Tyler Posey as his werewolf self in the new MTV series, Teen Wolf!

The 19-year-old actor stars as Scott McCall, a regular, lacrosse playing guy who was bitten one night and that changed everything.

JJJ spoke with executive producer and writer Jeff Davis about how the series strays from the 1985 film starring Michael J. Fox.

Jeff shared, “This is definitely not a reboot. I’d say it’s more a remix. There are certain scenes that mirror the film with the same lines or the same set up, but that is about as close as we get to the movie.”

Teen Wolf premieres SUNDAY, right after the 2011 MTV Movie Awards on MTV.
