Kelsey Chow Can't Compete with Mr. Popper's Penguins

Kelsey Chow brings some color to the ‘snowy’ carpet at the premiere of Mr. Popper’s Penguins held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on Sunday (June 12) in Hollywood.

The 19-year-old actress tweeted about her premiere competition — “Just witnessed penguins get out of a limo & walk the red carpet to ‘Ice Ice Baby.’ How can i follow that!?” That’s a tough act to follow!

Styled by Michael Russo, Kelsey wore a Yoanna Baraschi dress with Brian Atwood heels.
