Shailene Woodley rocks a yellow sweater as she arrives at the 2011 Time for Heroes Celebrity Picnic sponsored by Disney to benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation held at Wadsworth Theater on the Veteran Administration Lawn on Sunday (June 12) in Los Angeles.

The 19-year-old Secret Life of the American Teenager starlet joined other stars in raising awareness and monies for HIV in Africa.

Guests enjoyed decorating and racing toy cars at the Heroes “Cars 2 Raceway,” designing their own denim creations with 77kids by American Eagle, and creating “Friends Care” backpacks for children in Africa.
