Logan Miller is Lord of the Weasels

Logan Miller goes head to head with Steve Valentine in this new still from I’m In The Band.

In the upcoming episode “Lord of the Weasels,” Tripp (Miller) and the guys sell the band van to Burger’s (Greg Baker) LARPing friends without Derek’s (Valentine) approval. With the band van now being used as the LARPing king’s palace, the guys must challenge the king to a LARPing dual.

After Derek defeats the King and becomes the leader of the LARPers, he quits Iron Weasel. Now, the rest of the band and the former king must overthrow King Derek to get the band back together.

“Lord of the Weasels” premieres TONIGHT @ 9PM ET/PT on Disney XD. 10+ pics inside…

    I love this show!!

Another media depiction of LARPing, and I hated almost every minute of it, the only part I loved is where that kid king used the crossbow in the Duel, the only realistic LARPing I saw in the entire show. This shows LARPers as a bunch of people who take it WAAY to seriously. I LARP every weekend, and only a SMALL number of groups go this far, most are just there to have fun. Most of those weapons would not even be passed by the most lazy of weapons checkers at ANY gathering, though, because of the fact that it was a TV show, they had decent costumes, yes, I have seen worse than the Clown makeup and wig, believe me, that is no joke. There has never been an accurate depiction of LARPers yet, and I hope that changes soon. LARPing is a fun activity, and things like this scare away possible participants. I only watched this because of the LARPing, and probably won’t be watching this show again.
