The 18-year-old Jessie actress will be gracing the September/October cover later this year and we can’t wait to see it!
We wonder if Debby will be in her old mascot uniform…Hmm…
JJJ Fun Fact about the shoot: Debby actually found a pair of handcrafted wings on set that were incorporated into the shoot. They weighed over 20lbs!
