Ryan Rottman shows off his best bike tricks during Muscle Milk Fitness Retreat’s Mountain Biking class earlier this month.

The 26-year-old actor shaded his eyes with some Oakley sunglasses and rode an Orbea bike during the ride up the mountain. His actor pal Ramsey Krull also came along!

Early this month Ryan participated in another Muscle Milk Fitness event–a celebrity basketball tournament where girlfriend Victoria Justice cheered him on!

Ryan is a fan of staying fit. On Tuesday (June 21) he wrote on his Twitter page, “One healthy choice can lead to another.”
