Evanna Lynch sandwiches in between Oliver and James Phelps as the trio toured Rome, Italy on Sunday (July 3).

The Twins, 25, and Evanna, 19, were in town for a signing to promote the final Harry Potter film.

James recently dished to Parade magazine that it was surreal filming his character, Fred Weasley’s death scene.

“I feel like a really close friend has died,” he said.

James also told the mag that Oliver was drained after shooting five takes of the death scene, “It’s really hard to put yourself in that position and imagine that kind of thing.”

  • Jason

Thanks for the spoiler, Just Jared Jr. Not everyone has read the books. Anything else you want to run for us? How about the ending to Monte Carlo? Sheesh.

  • kar

  • Cassy

What do you care so much? If you’re such big fans, you’d have read the books years ago.

  • laura

    *SPOILER*

I know he already said Fred died, but if you haven’t seen the movie, don’t read this. I’m talking about what happened in the movie now.

I felt cheated. They didn’t show his death, and when they showed his dead body, they only showed his family crying for a few seconds. It was a scene where they were showing the loss people have had, but they only gave Fred’s death a few moments. I didn’t even have time to cry. Since they didn’t show him dying, they should’ve had a minute to show how sad it was. Almost like he wasn’t a big character or something. The actors did do a good job in acting sad, but you don’t have time to cry or appreciate their acting because it was SO SHORT. Fred did not get the sendoff he deserved.

It’s not spoiling in the slightest. In fact, a whole set of spoilers have actually been released, much worse than this! It’s called Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, released 4 years ago!

Grow a pair of eyes and don’t be lazy.

Nobody spoiled anything; the last Potter book was published 4 years ago. Lots of comments then re/Fred’s death. I’m sure even your special ed class was aware of it.
