Britt Robertson and Thomas Dekker keep close at The Secret Circle cast signing during the 2011 San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday afternoon (July 23).

The 21-year-old actress dished to TVGuide during the panel about the arc of her character Cassie, “Initially, the struggle for Cassie is deciding to embrace the witchcraft or run from it like her mom did. Going further, you’ll find that her dad and her past have a more evil side. So there’s that pull inside of her and she’s not sure where to go with it.”

Britt also stepped out at Entertainment Weekly‘s 5th Annual Comic-Con Celebration held at Float, Hard Rock Hotel San Diego.
