Janelle Ortiz has some fun on the blue carpet at the 2011 Do Something Awards held at the Hollywood Palladium on Sunday evening (August 14) in Hollywood.

The 17-year-old PROM star wore a gorgeous Sue Wong dress to the event that honors the nation’s best young world-changers who represent the pivotal “do-ers” in their field, cause or issue.
