The 19-year-old actress chatted quick with MTV at her AT&T store meet and greet earlier this week — handing out advice for BFF Selena Gomez as she’ll be hosting the pre-show at the 2011 MTV VMAs.

“I have no advice because I’ve never hosted anything in my life. But she’s great; she’ll do fine,” Demi admitted.
