OlderVanessa Hudgens Finds 'Frozen Ground'
Vanessa Hudgens is going from looking like a boy in Gimme Shelter to running for her life in barren land.
Deadline announced this morning that the 22-year-old actress is set to star in the upcoming thrill Frozen Ground, opposite Nicolas Cage and John Cusack.
Frozen Ground is based on true events surrounding Alaska’s most notorious serial predator, Robert Hansen (Cusack). In the span of 12 years, he abducted more than 24 women, flew them into the Alaskan wilderness, hunted and murdered them.
Vanessa will play the one teenage victim who escaped.

I know I said it in the other thread but I had to say it here as well that this is so awesome, reading the actual events that the movie is amazed me in not so great way, it’s such a tradgic and scary story however it makes me really exited for Vanessa, this is yet another character that is different from any she have done before and I know that she will be amazing in it, reading about the event also meant reading about the chacarter she will play (or the character she will play that is based of the girl) and what shen went through alone will prove to be a challange but one I know Vanessa can do. Super exited for her, and she is going to film it all the way up in Alaska as well, outside in the winter.
