Dakota Fanning almost blends into the background as she hosts the Oh! Lola by Marc Jacobs launch event held at the Marc Jacobs Soho store in New York City on Wednesday night (September 14).

The 17-year-old actress, in head to toe Marc Jacobs, was announced as the face of the fragrance earlier this summer.

She tells Stylelist, “I remember I didn’t know what the bottle looked like or what the perfume smell liked. You hope it smells good. And so I got there and it smelled exactly like I’d imagine and it’s pink, which is my favorite color!”

Earlier in the week, Dakota was spotted out with younger sister Elle at the Rodarte Spring 2012 runway show during New York Fashion Week.
