Bella Thorne keeps close to Garrett Backstrom as the two posed for pictures on the red carpet at the 2011 TJ Martell Family Day on Sunday (September 18) in Studio City, Calif.

The 13-year-old actress enjoyed a snow cone as she hung out with friends, including Allisyn Ashley Arm, Ryan Ochoa, and Davis Cleveland.

At the big event, which supports leukemia, cancer and AIDS research, attendees played games, jumped on trampolines and even got some glitter tattoos!
