Leighton Meester dons knee-high boots as she attends a book signing for Derek Balsberg‘s “Very Classy” held at Lauren Santo Domingo in Paris last weekend.

After returning from the City of Lights, Leighton and her grandmother headed out to the EDIT boutique on Thursday afternoon (October 6).

She picked up some fall must-haves including a Proenza Schouler teal bag , KBL sunglasses, and a Thakoon striped sweater.
